Adventures in Spirit - Week 1

October 5th is week 1 of a 4-week series on InSpirit's Annual Adventures in Spirit celebration; a journey into spiritual freedom, discernment and Divine Connection.

The topic for week 1 is Listening for the Divine Whisper.

InSpirit Adventures in Spirit in week 1 offers a journey into stillness, receptivity, and authentic connection, creating a sacred space for transformation and spiritual guidance.

• Practice Deep Listening and Stillness: Participants are guided into intentional practices designed to quiet the mind and listen from the heart—to their inner wisdom, their body's subtle cues, and the subtle movements of the Spirit.

• Work in Small Groups to Practice Deep Listening: Practice listening to others with an open mind and heart, without interruption, judgment, or the need to plan a response. This communal practice allows each individual to be fully seen, heard, and understood in a loving, non-evaluative environment.
