Life is Always Evolving - Susan Robertson

Updated: Jun 28

Life is always evolving, and moving in unpredictable directions. The world around us is constantly changing. Change can be small and incremental or abrupt and significant. It can arise voluntarily because we desire and initiate it or it can be seemingly forced upon us. But either way, life is constantly changing. The Greek philosopher Heraclitus said: “No person ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s either not the same river or we are not the same person.” we are constantly evolving and who we were yesterday is not the same person we are today, nor will be tomorrow. Personal growth is an evolving process and In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or step back into safety.

We have to remain flexible and adaptive as we adjust to the curves in the road. It is our responsibility to live in the present moment and make the most of our circumstances...whatever they look like. We can practice acceptance and make the most of the season and circumstances right in front of us. We can evolve to higher levels as we inwardly develop a profound sense of peace, joy and well being knowing that the Universe is conspiring on our behalf and our Good is at hand.

There is a unifying Presence at the center of everyone and everything, a unity that binds all together in one common source, one living Spirit, one divine Presence. Each of us is a unique manifestation of this One Presence. No greater good can come to us than to know that the power already within us is the power to live, the power to create, the power to do good, the power to heal and the power to change. We welcome the Power and Presence of God in our lives and use this Power to live confidently and boldly.

New horizons of infinite possibility greet me everyday! The beauty of my soul is activated and expresses right now! I embrace the brilliance, the bounty and the joy of my life!In all things I am grateful! And so it is!  Amen!
