THE FOUNDATION OF PEACE-LET PEACE BEGIN WITH ME

Take a deep breath in, and as you let it go, allow your awareness to drop completely into this present moment. Close your eyes to the outer world, not to escape it, but to remember the truth of what lies beneath it. In the Science of Mind, we know that peace is not something we must manufacture, chase, or beg for. Peace is the very fabric of reality. It is the primary, unshakeable foundation of all life. Right here, right now, the Divine Presence breathes you, holds you, and expresses itself through you.  We don't need the world outside to change in order to find stillness. The Dalai Lama reminds us that we can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves. The sanctuary we are seeking is already alive within our own consciousness.

As we rest in this inner quiet, we feel ourselves rooting down into a foundation that cannot be shaken by the shifting winds of human experience.  We anchor our mind in Peace. Our thoughts are creative, peaceful, and loving.  We boldly declare: let peace begin with me. These are not merely wishful words from a beautiful song; they are a literal law of cause and effect. "Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me." When we choose peace and harmony in this exact moment, we change the frequency of our world. We become the epicenter of a ripple effect that moves outward.  We Breathe in that power. We Breathe in that stillness. We are PEACE.

There is only One Absolute Power, One Infinite Intelligence, and One Divine Presence that flows through all creation. This Spirit is the very essence of harmony, the ultimate foundation of peace, and the absolute center of all life. I know that I am one with this Divine Presence. My life is entirely immersed in the Infinite Mind of God. The peace that surpasses all human understanding is not a distant goal; it is the truth of who I am, right here and right now. As a unique expression of the Divine, I am inherently connected to the quiet, unshakable strength of the Universe. I now declare, realize, and accept a deep and profound anchor of peace within my entire being.  I plant my thoughts firmly upon the foundation of eternal harmony. I am centered, grounded, and secure in the truth. Every breath I take reinforces this stillness, and I allow this inner quiet to radiate outward into my life and my world. Let peace begin with me as a living, breathing reality. I give thanks for this perfect alignment, knowing that my words set the law of mind into action, dissolving any fear or tension and revealing pure harmony. It is done, it is complete, and it is manifest in my life right now.

And so it is.
